I have always loved cooked mushrooms yet ate raw mushrooms very rarely. Towards the beginning of my raw journey I discovered marinated mushrooms and couldn’t believe how incredible they tasted and that they reminded me of the cooked (fried) mushrooms that I loved.
Knowing how to marinate mushrooms means you now have a variety of flavours to add to any simple salad you are preparing. Change the garlic to some chilli. Add chopped herbs. What would the dish taste like if your added sun dried tomatoes?
