Mother Earth not only provides us with food, her cycles and the seasons are also forms of nourishment. These seasons remind us of the cyclic nature of life. There is a time for stillness and reflection (Winter), there is a time for growth (Spring), a time for movement and expansion (Summer) and a time to let go (Autumn). We also experience these seasons through our emotional landscape.

Connection is not only with another, it also relates to our connection with ourselves, Mother Earth and Source, also called Divine, God, Universe. We can learn so much by observing the seasonal cycles that Mother Earth goes through each year. This seasonal cycle is known as The Wheel of Life. With each season, of which there are eight, there is a different energy, a different way of being.
